Blinkfall Privacy Policy

Effective date: 31 July 2026

This policy applies to Blinkfall on Android and iOS and to blinkfall.com. Blinkfall is published by Myrrors Gaming Ltd, which is the controller for personal data described in this policy unless a service provider acts as a separate controller.

1. Who we are

Myrrors Gaming Ltd
Company number 17345233
71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Privacy and support contact: support@blinkfall.com.

2. Information processed when you use Blinkfall

Blinkfall does not require you to create a direct account with Myrrors Gaming Ltd. The game and its service providers may nevertheless process:

3. Why we use information and our lawful bases

4. Advertising, Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads and Google AdMob

Blinkfall uses Unity LevelPlay to mediate advertising and uses Unity Ads and Google AdMob as advertising networks. These services may process device, advertising, approximate-location, consent, ad-delivery, interaction and fraud-prevention information under their own privacy terms.

Where required, personalised advertising and associated storage/access are used only after the required consent. If optional consent is declined, Blinkfall may still show non-personalised or contextual advertising where permitted. Ads are intended to appear outside active gameplay.

Purchasing Remove Ads is intended to remove the applicable interstitial advertising. It does not stop processing that is necessary for purchases, security, online services, consent records or legal compliance.

Unity’s game-player privacy information is available at unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.

5. InMobi Choice consent management

Blinkfall uses InMobi Choice CMP to present privacy information, collect and store choices, and communicate consent signals to approved advertising and measurement partners. The CMP may process consent strings, device/app information, IP-derived region and records needed to demonstrate or honour your choices.

You can reopen the consent/privacy controls from Blinkfall’s Settings menu where the feature is available. See Privacy Choices for more information.

6. Unity online services

Blinkfall uses Unity services needed to operate features such as anonymous authentication, lobbies, relay connections and online race synchronisation. These services may process player identifiers, display names, lobby and connection data, network addresses, session details and game-state messages.

Do not use your real name, contact details or sensitive information as a public display name.

6A. Fair play, anti-cheat and account restrictions

We use proportionate game-integrity checks to protect Blinkfall, its online modes and its leaderboards. Server-timed checks can identify clearly impossible progress, such as a score exceeding a conservative physical ceiling for the time recorded by the server. A clear server-timed violation may result in an automatic restriction of the associated Blinkfall/Unity account and removal of that account's leaderboard entries. Aggregate timing signals are review prompts only: they do not by themselves determine that a player cheated and do not automatically restrict an account.

Game-integrity processing is based on our legitimate interests in preventing abuse, protecting fair play, securing the service and enforcing the game rules. Integrity records are stored in restricted Unity service storage and are not used for advertising, profiling for advertising or sale. We may use them to investigate abuse, respond to reports, enforce restrictions, handle appeals and protect our legal position.

If you need support about an account or restriction, use the Blinkfall Support ID shown in the in-game Settings/Support area when available and contact support@blinkfall.com. We cannot reliably identify a game account from an email address alone. You may request a review of a restriction, but we may keep the restriction where it is necessary to protect Blinkfall or other players.

7. Apple and Google purchases

Apple App Store and Google Play process purchases and payment details as separate service providers/controllers under their own terms. Blinkfall receives only the transaction and entitlement information needed to grant or restore purchased content and Remove Ads.

8. Who receives information

Information may be shared with or processed by:

We do not sell your personal information for money.

9. International transfers

Some providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires it, transfers are protected through adequacy regulations, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

10. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including operating the game, maintaining entitlements, resolving support issues, preventing fraud, operating game-integrity checks, complying with legal duties and establishing or defending legal claims. Provider-specific retention periods may also apply. Data may be anonymised so it can no longer identify a player.

10A. Account deletion and continuity record

You can request deletion through Blinkfall Settings > Account & Data > Delete Account and Data. The Delete Account page explains the in-game steps and what is deleted. Deletion removes the player-facing Blinkfall account and player-owned game data where applicable, but does not create a refund or remove records that Apple, Google, Unity or another provider must retain under its own rules.

To prevent account deletion from being used to evade valid game-integrity or conduct restrictions, we retain for up to 90 days a minimum pseudonymous continuity record. It contains provider type, a server-only keyed one-way identity value, deletion and expiry timestamps, a recreation counter, earliest public-leaderboard eligibility date, and the enforcement state necessary to prevent evasion. It does not retain the raw platform subject, display name, email address, IP address, device identifier, score, gameplay history or deleted Unity player ID in that record. The server-only key is not included in the app, website, Cloud Save, support responses or logs.

When the same platform identity returns during that period, it may receive a new Blinkfall account only where current enforcement permits. It cannot recover deleted data or appear on public leaderboards before the eligibility window expires, and deletion does not remove a valid restriction.

11. Your UK data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent and complain to a regulator. These rights are not absolute and we may need information to verify a request.

Send requests to support@blinkfall.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

12. Children

Blinkfall is a general-audience game and is not designed to ask children to submit direct contact information to us. Advertising and consent settings may be adjusted where age-related rules or store classifications require it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information directly to us should contact support.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. No internet or mobile service can be guaranteed completely secure.

14. Website and cookies

The current Blinkfall website is a static site and does not intentionally use non-essential advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may process necessary technical data or set strictly necessary security cookies. See the Cookie Notice.

15. Changes

We may update this policy when Blinkfall, its providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when a revised policy is published.
