Terms of Use

1. Publisher

Blinkfall is published by Myrrors Gaming Ltd, company number 17345233, registered in England and Wales.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence to install and use Blinkfall for private entertainment on compatible devices through an authorised app store. You must not unlawfully copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with or exploit the game or its services.

3. Online play and conduct

You must not use unlawful, threatening or abusive display names; cheat or manipulate results; disrupt races or services; attempt unauthorised access; distribute malware; or use Blinkfall to infringe another person’s rights. Access to online features may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect players or services.

4. Optional purchases

Optional purchases, including Remove Ads, palettes, arenas and bundled unlocks, are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Non-consumable entitlements normally attach to the store account used. Refunds and payment disputes are handled under applicable store rules and consumer law.

5. Advertising

The free version may display advertising outside active gameplay. Privacy and advertising choices are explained in the Privacy Policy and Privacy Choices page.

6. Availability and updates

We may provide updates, repairs, balancing changes or security changes. Online features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, faults, security incidents or matters outside our reasonable control. Features may be changed or withdrawn where reasonably necessary.

7. Intellectual property

Blinkfall, its code, artwork, branding, audio, design and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Myrrors Gaming Ltd. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot be excluded under consumer law. Subject to that, Blinkfall is supplied for private entertainment and we are not liable for business losses, lost profits or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their home country. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
